Valuation Multiple Study

This project is a module in our automated CFO package. The initial research was done by an AI Agent and set of prompts that we customized for each company. The prompt will generate references that can be quickly manually checked and included in the research for use in due diligence. The median and average valuation multiple is then used in later valuation and cap table scenarios.

VC Investor Method Valuation

This is part of an automated CFO suite that calculates a company's valuation using the VC Investor Method. The inputs are entered as part of 3 scenarios showing a Base, Mid and High sets, which can vary the Required Rate of Return, timing, round raise targets, exit revenue, revenue valuation multiple. Round names, and other inputs are shared with other modules.

Multi-Round Cap Table Model

This is part of an automated CFO system we created to quickly visualize a company's equity path from current valuation to a major liquidity event. The first column shows a company pre-raise, then the next ones show the dilution and capital appreciation after each sequential raise based on valuations and the time between rounds. Charts off to the right show how the founder value and dilution evolve.
